You can download MOM packs from the Microsoft Operations Manager Catalog
page at http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/opsmgr/cc462785.aspx, however if
my memory serves me well I don't believe there is an IAS MOM pack for WS03.
I could be wrong about that though, so you'll want to double-check. :-)
