Remote administration of a IAS server

Hi,
is it possible to remotely admin a IAS server from an XP computer?
I have no ias.msc snap-in even after installing Administration Tools.

Yes, using remote desktop or netsh over a remote command line. I don't find
this very restrictive and haven't looked into the DLLs invoved with the MMC.
