reply message on radius standard

I've got a problem with radius. I need to receive a reply message by the
radius server but I don't receive it.
I have sniffed the packet but in the "Access-Accept packet" i don't find the
string that i wrote in the reply message policy of IAS.

Anyone can help me?

I got the same behaviour using NTradPing as a test client.
Using http://www.iea-software.com/products/radlogin4.cfm I sniffed correctly
radius answers.
